• $75.00 usd + taxs (Low Season)

• 1 night free for weekly (7day stay)
• 1 week (5days) free for all Monthly stays)

All rates are in US Dollars and based on Double occupancy. There is an extra charge of $10USD for any additional person in the room more than double occupancy. (2 persons). There is an additional 9% hotel tax and 6% administrative fee on all the above rates.

Cancellation of reservation must be sent in writing (email). Cancellations Charges are as follows:

• 91 days or more before scheduled arrival – full refund
• 61 – 90 days before scheduled arrival – 75% refund on deposit
• 31 – 60 days before scheduled arrival – 50% refund on deposit
• 30 days or less before scheduled arrival – No Refund
• A $50.00usd cancellation fee is subject to every cancellation
